The Culture Compass by North Van Arts is a free online map of the North Shore’s arts and culture. It allows users to find art installations, galleries, cultural events and centres, and more. Since the primary demographic is North Vancouver’s seniors, an explainer video was needed to show how to use the app in a simple, digestible way. Concept and illustration was done by Kristin Church - I prepped the files and the animated in After Effects, matching with the VoiceOver and resizing for social posts, stories, and the website.
